In this section, an attempt is made to give shape to the stated program (requirements). It is our understanding that the aim of the project is to expand the current home with:

• An extra bedroom for a new family member
• A new bathroom if possible
• A budget in the neighborhood of $25,000.00

Numerous attempts to resolve the program with the existing structure were made, as seen in the images below:

This one can probably actually be done for the amount you budgeted with the right team. We demolished one of the existing girl's room to make way for an expansion of your master bedroom and for a hallway leading to the two new rooms. Note that the two girls rooms are larger as is the remodeled master bedroom- you also gain a linen closet.
